Code has bugs. Governance has bugs too.

Security vulnerabilities have public reporting processes. Governance failures often do not. QuestionsFor.org creates a sourced record of what was asked, who was asked, what would count as an answer, whether a reply was received, and what changed afterwards.

How it works

Ask

A question is submitted with the party who can answer it, the sources behind it, and what would count as an answer.

Report

A question can also be tracked as a governance bug report — a transparency, accountability, or process gap — with its own review status. No bounty payouts yet.

Review

Questions are checked against published scope rules: public target, evidence link, no doxxing, good faith, and right-of-reply suitability.

Support

Others can support the question with X, a wallet signature, both, or privately. Support means the question deserves an answer.

Reply

The named party has a standing right of reply. Responses, corrections, clarifications, and refusals are added to the record.

Track

The record tracks whether the published answer criteria were met, partly met, disputed, or left standing unanswered.
